At the end of the day, Curtis got a text from a client’s mom who was having problems with their taxi and was desperate to find a ride to the airport for her family of four. It was a severe storm day, so Curtis chained up and drove them to the airport himself. Their flight had been delayed so they ended up making it just in time but in order to get the family boarded in time, they had to leave their luggage in Curtis’ car. He made the drive back just before a major avalanche closed the road and then took the initiative to coordinate with a coworker’s family member to have their luggage delivered to them.
